Er hat eine Fläche von 2.457 km² und zählt 114.116 Einwohner (Stand: Zensus 2020).<sup id="cite_ref-1" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-1"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>1<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> Sein Hauptort ist das <a href="Stra%C3%9Fenviertel" title="Straßenviertel">Straßenviertel</a> Miancheng (<span lang="zh-Hans" class="Hans">棉城街道</span>).
